7. webgalli.com is intended for personal use, not a business solution. Professional or corporate uses of webgalli.com are at your own risk.
8. You must not modify, adapt or hack webgalli.com or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with webgalli.com.
9. You must not create or submit unwanted email or advertisements to webgalli.com or any of its members ('Spam').
10. You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
11. You must not, in the use of webgalli.com, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
12. Any loss of, or damage to, data is not the responsibility of webgalli.com. Use of this service is at your own risk.

Violation of any of these agreements will result in the termination of your webgalli.com account. While webgalli.com prohibits such conduct and content on its site, you understand and agree that webgalli.com cannot be responsible for the Content posted on its web site and, despite our best efforts, may be exposed to such materials and that you use the webgalli.com service at your own risk.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
• We reserve the right to reclaim usernames on behalf of businesses or individuals that hold legal claim or trademark on those usernames.

Hosted Plugins Terms of Use

• webgalli.com provides a hosted service for Team Webgalli's plugins and themes.  We reserve the right to modify or terminate the hosted plugin services for any reason, without notice at any time.
• We reserve the right to alter the Hosted Plugins Terms of Use at any time. If the alterations constitute a material change to the Terms of Use, we will notify you via an appropriate method. What is a 'material change' is at our discretion.
• We reserve the right to refuse service for hosted plugins to anyone for any reason at any time.
• In case of our commercial plugins, you are not allowed to redistribute it.
• Plugins from Team Webgalli are often updated for free once newer versions of Elgg is released. This is not a rule though. Some of the less popular plugins may be updated with a delay or maynot. You can speed up this process by funding the update.

• Advertising goods or services is forbidden on the site with exception of the conditions listed below.
  
• Asking any member for monetary reimbursement for any information, plugins, or code is forbidden.
• User profiles, plugin projects and releases, and group profiles may contain a link to a site offering development or consultation services ONLY in the appropriate section, which is marked with the label "homepage," "website," or "URL."
  
• Users failing to adhere to these terms will be banned and the offending content deleted at our discretion, with or without notification.
